Sandstone mining rights by local communities in Posoklaten Sub-district, Kediri District
This study aims to determine the legal basis of local communities in carrying out sandstone mining activities, knowing the views of the community local government against community sandstone mining activities in Plosoklaten District, Regency Kediri and knowing government policies on the implementation of rights and obligations for sandstone mining activities in the Plosoklaten District of the Regency Kediri. The research was conducted in the area of Kediri Regency, precisely in Plosoklaten District, Kediri Regency. Two data collection methods were used, namely literature and field research methods consisting of interviews and field observations.
